Burwash Larder
Burwash Larder began over 35 years ago as a roadside honesty box selling the farm's glut of asparagus and sweetcorn, and it now trades as a farm shop and deli in the grounds of Burwash Manor outside Cambridge. Michael Radford farms the land, while Clare and Tinks run the shop. The shelves hold fresh fruit and vegetables, a cake counter, store cupboard staples, and around 70 artisan cheeses. Leech & Sons Butchers works on site within the deli.
