Forest Of Bere Dairy, trading as Bere Dairy, is a small dairy at Offwell Farm in Southwick, near Fareham, making and selling ice cream, sorbets, yoghurt and clotted cream and supplying weddings and events. Milk from cows grazing the surrounding fields is spun through the dairy's own separator each morning, with the cream that rises slow-baked into clotted cream and the remaining milk turned into low-fat yoghurt. The dairy also makes its own ice cream sauces, lemon curd and caramel sauce rather than buying them in.
