Flourish
Flourish grows organic vegetables, salads, herbs, garnishes, flowers and heritage grains at Cooks Pen Farm in Hildersham, specialising in unusual varieties trialled from seeds sourced worldwide. Everything is harvested to order, packed by the team and delivered overnight in the farm's own van, reaching kitchens within 18 hours of leaving the field. The farm supplies chefs, florists, delis and shops across Cambridgeshire and London, and sells bespoke produce boxes and cut flowers to home cooks. Founded in 2017 by Calixta and her two working horses, Flourish farms regeneratively, building soil, conserving water and increasing biodiversity.
