BrightStore CIC
Fresh fruit and veg, eggs, and store cupboard staples fill the shelves at BrightStore, a community-led social grocery in Brighton and Hove. The scheme sources surplus and donated food from local and national suppliers, offering members a weekly affordable shop for a suggested donation based on household size. Veg boxes come from Rock Farm, a working market garden near Steyning, and eggs from Pentland Poultry Farm. Members shop at Hollingdean on Tuesdays or Whitehawk on Thursdays.
