Aweside Farm
On a 4.5-acre regenerative flower farm in Sussex, Aweside Farm grows and hand-harvests organic edible flowers, then dries them using solar power and packs them in recyclable aluminium tins. Sinéad, a former geologist, founded the farm and sells single varieties and blends such as Sugarplum Pom Poms dried edible amaranth and the Sundown Soirée petal mix, made for decorating cakes, bakes and plates. The farm also grows vegetables and fruit.
