Yogabridges
Jan has taught Hatha yoga around Stourbridge for over twenty years as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher. Weekly classes run at The Bonded Warehouse on Canal Street, at Amblecote Church Hall and at Ashwood Park Primary School in Wordsley, most of them ninety minutes long. A session works through asanas, controlled breathing and a guided relaxation, and alternative positions are given for most poses so people can stay within their own limits. Nothing needs booking: turn up and pay for the class, or buy a block of classes at a lower rate.
