Yoga and Pilates Truro
Kaan and Shuñi Buyukkaraca run Yoga and Pilates Truro from a boutique studio on the second floor of Uneeka Life on Boscawen Street. Shuñi qualified as a yoga teacher in 2013 and as a Pilates instructor the following year, while Kaan came to yoga after a serious cycling accident threatened the shoulder mobility he relied on as a keen surfer and surf coach. Between them they run at least three classes a day, six days a week, covering gentle beginners' yoga, Yin yoga, slow flow, children's yoga and mat Pilates. They also lead seasonal Park Yoga sessions at Boscawen Park on Sunday mornings from May to September.
