The Giggly Pig Company breeds and raises rare British Saddleback pigs at its own piggery in Hornchurch, Essex. The team makes sausages by hand from 85% lean, free-range pork, free of added fat and artificial ingredients, and also produces bacon, ribs and pork burgers. Founded in 2007, the business sells its pork and sausages at Rochester Farmers' Market and caters events from its griddle.
