Summerhouse Yoga and Wellbeing
Tracy founded Summerhouse Yoga and Wellbeing in Horsham and teaches its classes herself, drawing on more than twenty years as a qualified BWY yoga teacher. Hatha, restorative and accessible yoga sit alongside meditation and qigong, and she runs chair yoga as well as classes for people living with MS through the national charity MS-UK. Weekly classes, seasonal workshops and private sessions all run either in person in Horsham or online over Zoom. She also teaches a Yoga Fundamentals course for students new to yoga, and mentors trainee and newly qualified teachers.
