Movement and Health
Movement and Health is Jan's Pilates and bodywork practice in Brighton. She came to Body Control Pilates in 1999 as rehabilitation for chronic back problems, then left a fifteen-year corporate career and qualified as an instructor in 2001. Her matwork classes run in Brighton, Rottingdean and Winchester, capped at twelve people and taught from beginner to advanced level using small pieces of equipment. She also practises the Bowen Technique, Indian head massage and body massage, and belongs to the Bowen Therapists Professional Association.
