Carols Pilates
Carol trained as a ballet dancer before a back injury led her to Pilates, and in 2008 she retrained as an instructor. She teaches group mat classes using small props, and equipment sessions at her studio in Tunbridge Wells, working to redress poor movement patterns and restore movement without pain. Her own training ran from Stott Pilates for mat work to Polestar Pilates for the studio equipment, and she keeps adding to it through Feldenkrais, Franklin Method and Anatomy Trains in Motion workshops. Many of her clients have been with her for years.
