Black Barn Turkeys
The Burlton family has reared turkeys at Valley Farm in Meldreth since 1966, when Tony Burlton started the business. Michael and Andrew Burlton now run Black Barn Turkeys, with help from Andrew's son Louis. The farm supplies free range Bronze turkeys to local families and butchers across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, taking orders for collection each December. Turkeys can be reserved online, with breast rolls also available alongside the whole birds.
