bfit2
Bronwen Wright set up bfit2 in September 2009 and trains clients one to one or in small groups in their own homes in and around Lewes. She also runs outdoor bootcamp classes in the centre of Lewes, planned so that no two sessions are alike and adapted for people who would not call themselves sporty. Remote coaching covers anyone short of time, and daily messages and nutritional advice carry on between sessions.
