Cheese & Dairy in london
The milk, cheese and dairy sold around london does not have to arrive as an anonymous national product.
Independent farms, cheesemakers and shops still connect food to a producer and a place.
Understead makes those routes easier to see because a local supply chain is only useful if residents can actually find it.
Why these local producers are here
A place is partly made by the people who grow there, make there, trade there and give residents a way to buy something from somebody nearby rather than from an anonymous supply chain.
Understead makes those people visible enough to use.
