Weir Wellness Studio
Hats runs Weir Wellness Studio from a unit in Benton, Newcastle upon Tyne, above the Death or Glory training club. She came to yoga after years in CrossFit and fitness training, and says it taught her to slow down and support recovery alongside strength work. The studio runs short themed sessions through the week, from a lower body reset on Mondays to a weekly reset class on Sundays, with one-to-one and group bookings also available on Tuesdays. A single class costs £15, dropping to £12.50 each in a five-class pack.
