Brays Bees
Bray's Bees keeps hives across Ditton, Coxheath, Headcorn, Staplehurst and Marden, near Maidstone in Kent. Vince and Sue Bray jar honey from each hive separately, so colour and taste vary with the bees' forage. Beyond the jars they make beeswax candles, polish, honey soap, lip balm and reusable beeswax food wraps, and assemble gift hampers. They keep hive inspections light and treat the bees without chemicals.
