Wye Bakery works from a grade II listed building that has housed a bakery for over 150 years, mixing its own doughs and baking on site since December 2014. The range covers spelt breads, country loaves with rye, wholemeal, malty cobs, sourdoughs, Kentish Huffkins and baguettes. It also makes granola, shortbread biscuits, tray bakes, and a brown spelt sourdough for those following the FODMAP diet.
