The London Kettlebell Club
Jose and Alexia have coached kettlebell training in Chessington since 2023, working mostly with people in their forties, fifties and sixties. Sessions run at St Mary's Centre, kept small and fully coached, with exercises adapted where they need to be. Most members arrive having never used a kettlebell and learn the movements there. Newcomers can start with a trial session, and personal training runs alongside the group classes.
