The Bread Maker
The Bread Maker bakes bread and confectionery the traditional way in Aberdeen, supplying loaves to restaurants, coffee shops and retail outlets across the city and shire. A social enterprise founded in 2006, it trains adults with learning disabilities through baking and hospitality. The shop sells fresh loaves, buffet boxes and platters, and the business runs day-long bread making courses.
