The Art Room
Lauren Cambridge and Nick Penn founded The Art Room in Royston after having their second son, turning their love of art into a creative space in the town centre on Market Hill. The pair teach traditional drawing, painting and sculpting to children and adults, encouraging pupils to put screens aside except in specialised digital art sessions. Classes include a Mini Artists Art Club for five to eight year olds, adult watercolour courses and Paint and Sip sessions, alongside parties and private events. Stones Magazine has described the couple as bringing fresh energy to Royston's art scene.
