Southfields School of Pottery
Becci runs Southfields School of Pottery from her studio at Charlton Mackrell near Somerton, the same studio where she first set up before thirteen years trading as The Village Pottery at Clarks Village and a spell teaching ceramics at Millfield School. She trained through a two-year apprenticeship in a working pottery on the Isle of Wight, then took a degree at Camberwell School of Arts. Classes range from wheel throwing and handbuilding to glazing and Raku firing, run as half-day and full-day sessions or courses of eleven or twelve weeks, with materials, tools and refreshments provided.
