SO Pilates
Sophie teaches classical mat Pilates in a converted barn at Hackhurst Farm in Lower Dicker, drawing clients from Hailsham, Eastbourne, Polegate and Lewes. A fourth-generation classical instructor trained at PI Studios in London, she works to the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, with controlled, precise movement flowing from one exercise into the next. Classes are kept small, and private sessions run alongside the weekly timetable.
