PT-ON-SEA
Denise trains people in and around Westcliff-on-Sea as PT-ON-SEA, working mobile or in gyms, one to one, in small groups and online. Her sessions combine strength training with somatic mind-body work and mentoring, and she also practises as a sports massage therapist. Group circles and retreats run alongside the regular training, and private bootcamps can be booked for hen and stag parties. Denise founded both PT-ON-SEA and the Lift and Empower community interest company after more than a decade working with people through strength and wellbeing.
