Katie Sommerville runs Pilates by Sea, teaching in Shoreham-by-Sea, Worthing and Brighton after more than twenty years practising Pilates herself. Classes suit beginners to intermediates, with separate sessions for new and expectant mothers and for people living with multiple sclerosis. Group teaching stays small at no more than five, and one to one lessons run alongside it. Classes are now held in the studio's own Pilates Pod, and Katie runs retreats too.
