Naz Idelji Pilates
Nazanin Idelji came to Pilates in her late twenties after years of severe back pain, trained as an instructor with Body Control and now teaches privately in Ascot and Englefield Green. Her one-to-one reformer and mat sessions run in person or over Zoom, working on back, neck and shoulder pain, pre and post-natal support and arthritis management. She also created Pilatots, a children's Pilates class, and runs pop-up group sessions including Forest Pilates at Sunningdale Village.
