Meraki Cacao
Meraki Cacao makes raw cacao bars by stone grinding unroasted cacao nibs and raw cacao butter with Palmyra Blossom Nectar for around 30 hours, keeping the mix below 45 degrees to preserve nutrients. The bars carry 60% cacao and natural flavours drawn from founder Vicky's travels: olé pairs orange and raw caramel, aztec brings chilli, allspice and vanilla. They are free from dairy, palm oil, soya, refined sugar and gluten ingredients, and have won recognition at the Academy of Chocolate Awards and the Nourish Awards. Newer lines include cacao drink mixes and a three-ingredient hazelnut, nectar and cacao spread.
