Japanese Ideas
Hiroko has taught Japanese home cooking in Nottingham since 2007, having come to England from Japan in 1989. Her classes cover sushi, everyday Japanese meals and tofu making, and much of what she teaches are the dishes her mother taught her. Japanese Ideas also caters locally, runs a supper club and pop-up restaurant, and delivers takeaway free of charge in Toton. Classes run over Zoom too, and she will bring a mini sushi class to somebody else's venue.
