Producer in Penzance, Cornwall
Jane Adams
Jane Adams works first en plein air, gathering photographs, then builds cardboard models and dioramas in the studio. She paints in acrylic and oils on board, portraying ephemeral figures and mysterious shadows set in landscapes, seascapes and mountains. The work turns on themes of memorial and transience, with figures placed on benches gazing out to sea.
