FORIJ
Forij curates locally sourced fine foods, sustainable homewares, and gifts from Birmingham's independent makers and suppliers. The family-run business began in 2020, delivering seasonal fruit and veg boxes by electric cargo bike during lockdown, and still trades from that bike and a custom-built trailer at markets around the city. It also runs local foraging workshops.
