Energize Dance & Fitness Academy
Stephen Reece-Buck has taught dance and fitness for more than 35 years, and the Energize school he created runs its classes from Burnley Boys and Girls Club on Barden Lane. Children's sessions cover acro and gymnastics, freestyle and contemporary through the week, with Saturday mornings kept for the younger age groups and an open freestyle class. Adults have their own weekday timetable of stretch and yoga, body toning and a Wednesday coffee and aerobics session. A single children's class costs £5, or £20 for a block of four.
