Eastbourne Pilates
Tracy teaches Pilates for the over 50s at three venues around Eastbourne and Pevensey Bay: the Harbour Community Centre, St Agnes Church Hall on Whitley Road and St Wilfrids in Pevensey Bay. Classes are mixed level, so a complete beginner works in the same room as someone who has been at it for years, and any class can be joined on Zoom instead. The aim is less stiffness, better balance and enough confidence to keep doing everyday things independently.
