Core Atelier Tunbridge Wells
Alyssia Kremin teaches classical Pilates one to one at Core Atelier, a small reformer studio inside Botanica Health, a herbal medicine practice in Rusthall on the edge of Tunbridge Wells. She retrained classically after lower back pain that followed her second child, having come to Pilates through long days in the film industry. Most of the people she works with are rebuilding after injury or childbirth, including postnatal recovery from diastasis recti, prolapse and stress incontinence. She teaches on reformer, tower, Wunda chair, half barrel and mat, all hand built from wood, metal and leather.
