Buddy Kombucha
Buddy Kombucha ferments organic kombucha one barrel at a time over a full ten days in a small fermentary in Newburgh, Fife. Andy and Heike infuse each batch with whole flowers, fruit or herbs, never juices, purees or concentrates, then bottle it raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised. The five varieties include Lemon & Ginger made with whole lemons from single farms in Spain and Italy, Hibiscus & Lime, and Half Nelson brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops. Bottles come in returnable glass with metal screw tops, shipped by overnight courier.
