Anna Sharland Pilates
Anna teaches Pilates from a small studio next to her house on Balcombe Road in Haywards Heath. Group classes are capped at four people and use towers, barrels, weighted bars, hand weights and magic circles, while one to one sessions bring in her classical Reformer and Wunda Chair for a more in depth approach to the method. Anna runs both formats herself from the home studio.
