Where: OLCH – Our Lady Church Hall, Fleet
Yoga classes focused on slow mindful movement, including breath work, postures and relaxation. Regular practice can help with building and maintaining strength, flexibility and mobility, and is also very much about the connection between mind and body. The class meets weekly on Tuesday mornings from 11am until noon at Our Lady Church Hall.
- Newcomers Beginners are welcome.
- What to bring Members are asked to bring a yoga mat and a blanket for relaxation. This is not a chair yoga class, but chairs are available if needed to support the practice.
