A creative writing group working mainly on prose. Members take turns to host, and the coordinator usually sets a topic or story prompt as a take home assignment which is read aloud at the following session. The group also discusses longer works in progress, brainstorming plot, character and scene to help an author past a block. It meets every other Tuesday morning for two hours from 10am in members' homes.
- Who it is for The members are experienced amateur writers who value honest, constructive feedback. The group is deliberately small and is at capacity, though names can be added to the wait list.
Part of Saffron Walden u3a. Joining is through membership.
