Meets: On Thursdays 2nd Thursday of the month 10.15 for a 10.30 am start, if walk is extra long or short days in winter the start time may be brought forward as per the risk assessment
Where: Bishop Auckland
Walks of 6 to 8 miles taking in hills, fields, rough tracks and stiles, in all types of weather, so strong footwear and water resistant clothing are recommended; members are expected to average at least 2 miles per hour. Full details and a risk assessment are sent for each walk, and offers to lead are welcomed. There is no charge to join.
