Tai chi for experienced members at Woodingdean Methodist Church Hall, with a professional instructor. Group size is 15, and participation is by agreement with the group's organiser.
- Who it is for For experienced members only; you get most out of the session if you have been to tai chi lessons before
- Cost, as stated 25 Aug 2026 £5 a week, to pay for the instructor and hire of the hall, charged even if you do not attend
