Lincoln Bailgate u3a was created in 2012, primarily to serve residents of central and uphill Lincoln, though it welcomes members wherever they live. Most members are no longer in full time work and take up the chance to socialise and stay mentally and physically active through the branch's interest groups, the newest of which is walking football.
