Meets: Weekly on Tuesday afternoons 1:00 pm-2:00 pm Doors open at 12.45 and the class starts promptly
Where: St Peter's Church Hall, Birkdale
A keep fit class led by a qualified fitness coach at St Peter's Church Hall: half an hour of aerobic, cardiovascular exercise, then half an hour of chair based work covering balance, joint and muscle strengthening, finishing with stretches and relaxation. If there are any exercises members can't do, they just sit them out.
