A photography group of mixed abilities who help each other along at a pace everyone is happy with. Each month the group photographs a subject chosen at the previous meeting, and at the end of the shoot members comment constructively on each other's pictures so that everyone can improve their technique. The programme is kept varied and new ideas are always welcome. The group meets at 2pm on the first Wednesday of the month at the Top House, the station pub at the top of Queen Street, where refreshments can be bought.
- Newcomers An eye for a good subject and a good composition counts as much as the technical side, and anyone who takes good pictures on a phone or a tablet is very welcome.
