Meets: Monthly afternoons 2:00 pm on the 3rd Thursday of the month except December.
Where: Cornerstone – Adelaide Room, Brighton
A monthly photography group oriented to camera users, though mobile phone photographers are welcome too. Each session starts with a review and appreciation of the previous month's images and a discussion of a compositional theme, such as line, colour, shape, gesture or contrast, which members can use to guide their picture making. Members shoot throughout the month, seeing whether the theme is helpful or simply shooting whatever attracts their interest, and a few images from each member are selected for a slide show to start the next session. Meetings are in the Adelaide Room at Cornerstone. Currently full, with a waiting list.
