Organic sourdough, cakes and patisserie, hand-crafted at a wholesale bakery in Tottenham, north London. Loaves are made with Shipton Mill's regenerative organic flour and aged starters, rested, hand-shaped, then baked on the oven's stone floor. The white sourdough, spelt loaf and Kalamata olive loaf run alongside a branded bread and pastry range sold at Ocado, Whole Foods Market and Planet Organic, with foodservice supply to restaurants, delis, cafes and food halls.
