Loose Fit
James Torble designs and makes furniture in his East Sussex workshop, working in British-grown hardwoods, including unwanted trees that councils have cut down. Each piece is joined by hand using traditional joinery, from the Sawtooth chair and Refectory bench to candle holders and quilting frames. He also runs monthly stool-making workshops and day courses in the craft.
