Equilibrium Pilates East Sussex
Suzy Amosu teaches Reformer Pilates from her purpose-built studio just outside Newick in East Sussex, in classes of up to six people. She trained originally in physical theatre before working as a teacher of exercise, anatomy and physiology, and has spent over fifteen years assessing personal training courses. After emergency back surgery, Pilates became central to her own recovery and now underpins the classes she teaches, which take clients of all ages and abilities, including those recovering from injury or surgery.
