Sevenoaks Kyokushinkai Karate
Shihan Ray Bond opened Sevenoaks Kyokushinkai Karate in 1991 at Seal Village Hall near Sevenoaks, and still runs it today. The club trains only adults, with no junior classes, across three weekly evening sessions. It was affiliated to the British Karate Kyokushinkai and the International Federation of Karate under Chief Instructor Hanshi Steve Arneil for nearly forty years before becoming independent in 2018. Ray has since guided many of his own students through to black belt.
