Naz Idelji Pilates Englefield Green
Nazanin Idelji teaches private one to one Pilates from a discreet studio in Englefield Green, Egham, and works in Ascot too. She trained as an instructor with Body Control after Pilates relieved the back pain she had lived with since her teens, and her sessions concentrate on back, neck and shoulder pain, pre and post-natal work, body reshaping and managing arthritis. Reformer and mat lessons run in the studio or over Zoom, and she created Pilatots, a Pilates class for children. Pop-up classes, a Pilates and Prosecco evening in Englefield Green and forest Pilates at Sunningdale village sit alongside the private work.
