PilatesCOREuk
Kim Karlsson teaches Pilates from Upminster to people managing back and orthopaedic conditions, in person and online. She came to it after spine surgery in 2014, which followed the birth of her first child and closed off her career teaching dance and performing arts. Her live timetable runs half-hour classic, sculpt and tone and chair-based classes through the week, and every class is recorded for monthly members to watch later. One-to-one coaching builds a bespoke programme for anyone who wants one.
