Pickleball sits somewhere between tennis, table tennis and badminton, and has been described as playing table tennis while standing on a large table, though it is actually played on a badminton court. It offers the excitement of tennis without the heavy impact or too much running, and players can be paired up on the day. The group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 10.45am until 12.45pm at Wodson Park Sports Centre.
