Where: OLRS – Oaks Lane Reform Synagogue, Redbridge
The group gives a brief introduction to the brain, in particular the areas used for communication, and takes in language games, discussion of everyday indoor and outdoor activities, health and diet, having a positive outlook, and relevant research. It meets on the second Thursday of the month from 2pm until 4pm at Oaks Lane Reform Synagogue.
